Innovation and Learning

Start with clarity of intent.

Now build it out with an evocative vision. Improvise progress by tinkering: with lots of trial and lots of error. The not knowing is the best bit: the mysteries the surprises, and from time to time the windfalls!

User Experience

Build out one or more profiles that capture insights about your students, staff, or parents. Design a process that will work for these profiles.

You can:

  • create a storyboard showing key moments
  • use diagrams, squiggles etc
  • burst out keywords to unpack your vision

Examples: a lesson, a unit, a new policy launch, a new space, a new reporting system, a strategy to engage parents, and so on. Design with the user in mind.
